These terms govern your use of Nerdy Pixels Academy (“NPDA”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use NPDA on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Certificates and verified talent status are personal and non-transferable.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have guardian consent.
Courses and certificates
- Access to a course is a licence to learn from it, not to redistribute it. Do not copy, resell or publish course material.
- Certificates are earned by passing an assessment marked against a published rubric. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct - plagiarism, impersonation or a false submission.
- Every certificate carries a public verification page so its authenticity can be checked.
The talent network
- Joining the pool is free for marketers. A profile is verified only after assessment, a communication interview and reference checks.
- Information in a public profile is visible to employers. You control whether your profile is listed.
- Employers agree to use profile data only to consider genuine hiring, and not to harvest or resell it.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, harassment, scraping, security probing or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Do not submit work that is not your own for assessment, or misrepresent your identity or experience.
- Content you post must be lawful and yours to share.
Payments
Where a course or employer service is paid, the price, currency and what is included are shown before you commit. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We ship in phases and features may change. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified, and continued use means you accept the update.
Liability
The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, NPDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory law of your country.
