How we collect, use and protect your personal data. Last updated 22 September 2026.
Nerdy Pixels Academy (“NPDA”, “we”, “us”) provides digital-skills training, certification and a verified talent network. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and services.
Files you submit - assessment work, CVs, portfolio assets - are stored in secured object storage, not on our application servers. Private files (such as CVs and submissions) are served only through short-lived signed links to authorised staff, never publicly listed.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery and file storage) under contract, and with employers only for the public information in a talent profile you have chosen to make public. We may disclose data where required by law.
We keep account and learning data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide certificates you can verify. Certificates are part of a public verification record and are not deleted, though they can be revoked. You can ask us to close your account and remove personal data we are not legally required to keep.
